Landsea Green Life Service Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Landsea Green Life”) was established in 2005 and is a fast-growing full life cycle green living service provider, well-established in the Yangtze River Delta with a nationwide presence.

Mr. Tian Ming was appointed as Director on December 1, 2020 and re-designated as non-executive Director and Chairman of the Board on January 15, 2021. Mr. Tian is primarily responsible for providing guidance on the overall development of Landsea Green Life.
He has 20 years of extensive experience in the fields of competitive strategy, operation management, and property investment and development. Mr. Tian founded Landsea Group in December 2001 and has served as its director and chief executive officer since then.
Mr. Tian is also the chairman of board of Landleaf Technology, and chair of the board and a director of Landsea Homes, a company listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market (symbols: "LSEA", "LSEAW").
He obtained an executive master’s degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School ("CEIBS") in China.
Ms. Zhou Qin was appointed as executive director on January 15, 2021. Ms. Zhou is currently the deputy chairman of Landsea Green Life and is primarily responsible for formulating strategies for the overall development of the company and supervising corporate governance and business operations.
She has nearly 24 years of experience in business development, investment, and operation management in real estate. She joined Landsea Group in July 2002 and served in various managerial positions including as regional general manager in Shanghai and as assistant to the chairman. She serves as the general manager of Shanghai Tangzheng Programming Construction Design Co., Ltd. ("Landsea Architecture Design Institute"), and is the vice president of the Landsea Green Properties, overseeing the business operations of the Landsea Green Properties in the U.S.
She obtained a diploma in decoration engineering from Yangzhou University in China, a master's degree in business administration from Nanjing University in China, and an executive master's degree in business administration from CEIBS in China. Ms. Zhou was awarded the Green Ecological Building Gold Award - Elite Residential Technology Awards issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC and was certified as a senior engineer by the Evaluation Committee of Advanced Professional Technical Qualifications for Construction Engineering in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.
Mr. Wu was appointed as executive director on January 15, 2021. He is the chief executive officer of Landsea Green Life and is primarily responsible for overseeing daily operations, community value-added services, and customer relations management, formulating business strategies and development plans, and implementing decisions made by the Board.
Before joining Landsea Green Life, Mr. Wu was the superintendent of Xiandai Huagai Design Ltd., a subsidiary of Arcplus Group PLC. He once served as general manager of the asset operation department of the Landsea Group and as general manager of Landsea Green Life.
He obtained a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and has been certified as a senior engineer by Shanghai Engineering Planning and Design Professional Qualification Review Committee. He has also served as the vice president of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce City Renewal and Existing Building Remodeling Branch and as a review committee expert for the Commercial and Tourism Real Estate Professional Committee of the China Real Estate Association.
Mr. Liu was appointed as executive director on January 15, 2021. He is currently the chief financial officer of Landsea Green Life and is primarily responsible for overseeing the management of financial and capital market affairs.
Mr. Liu joined Landsea Green Life in September 2019. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Liu served successively as an audit associate and a senior audit associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian CPAs Ltd. He then served as the senior financial manager of Haichang (China) Co., Ltd., the financial manager of Haichang Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd., and as company secretary at Haichang Ocean Park Holdings Ltd. (HKEx stock code: 2255). Mr. Liu has served as the board secretary of Landsea Green Properties, where he is responsible for overseeing corporate governance, compliance with Listing Rules requirements and investor relations.
Mr. Liu obtained a bachelor's degree in business management from Liaoning University in China, a master's degree in banking and finance from Monash University in Australia, and a master's degree in business administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a certified member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an associate member of the Association of International Accountants, and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
Dr. Wong was appointed as independent non-executive director in 2021. He is primarily responsible for providing independent judgment on strategy, policy, performance, accountability, internal control, and corporate governance. Dr. Wong served as the managing director of Accenture Consulting for Greater China, as managing partner at Big Data Elite Asia Limited and GCE Consulting Limited, and as independent non-executive director at Autotoll Limited and Cirtek Holdings Ltd.
Dr. Wong obtained a bachelor's degree in science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a master's degree in business administration from the City University of Hong Kong, a master's degree of science in electronic commerce from the City University of Hong Kong, and a doctorate degree in business administration from City University of Hong Kong. He is also a fellow of the HKICPA.
Ms. Lu was appointed as independent non-executive director in 2021. She is responsible for providing independent judgment on strategy, policy, performance, accountability, internal control, and corporate governance. Ms. Lu has served in various government positions including within the Department of Administration and National Defense of the National Audit Office of the PRC and the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC. She was the vice president of China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited (stock code: 0817) and head of administrative affairs at GP Capital Co., Ltd.
She obtained a bachelor's degree in economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an executive master's degree in business administration from CEIBS. She serves as institution supervisor at the Shanghai Lequn Social Work Service and as a senior consultant at the Chinese Academy of Financial Inclusion at the Renmin University of China.
Dr. Chen was appointed as independent non-executive director in 2021. He is responsible for providing independent judgment on strategy, policy, performance, accountability, internal control, and corporate governance. Dr. Chen successively served as assistant professor and associate professor of the department of accounting at Rutgers University in the U.S., and as head and chair professor of the accounting department at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is currently an independent non-executive director of Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited (stock code: 1588).
Dr. Chen obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from National Taiwan University and a master's degree of accounting science and a doctoral degree of philosophy in accountancy from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the U.S. He served as a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of the Financial Secretary of Hong Kong and is currently a member of the Market Misconduct Tribunal.
Mr. Deng is primarily responsible for overseeing the operation and management of the property management business. He joined Landsea Green Life in 2007 and served concurrently as assistant to the general manager and manager of the Sunan area branch, after which he held various positions such as internal training manager, general manager of the Zhejiang area branch, and deputy general manager and property manager of the Zhejiang and Shenzhen areas.
He graduated from the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China. He is also a graduate of the University of International Business and Economics through online courses. Mr. Deng is certified as a National Property Management Enterprise Manager by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China (MOHURD), and as a Property Management Project Excellence Evaluation Expert Committee Member by the Hangzhou Property Management Association. He was recognized as one of the "Top 100 Property Management Talent in China" by a joint committee including representatives from China Property Management Association.
Ms. Xue is primarily responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative operations of Landsea Green Life. She joined Landsea Group in 2004 and was appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Landsea Green Life in July 2021. Ms. Xue has successively served as the first person in charge of the financial system, the first human resources system manager, assistant to the general manager of the Landsea Green Properties Shanghai Branch, deputy general manager and first manager of the accounting department of Landsea Apartments, and leader of the Landsea Group’s business innovation support platform.
Ms. Xue obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Nanjing Audit University, and an Intermediate Accounting Professional Qualification certified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (“MHRSS”) and the Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Yin is primarily responsible for overseeing investment activities and market expansion efforts. He joined Landsea Green Life in 2019. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Yin successively served as deputy division chief and head of the Yangzhou Property Management Center, general manager of the investment strategy center of A-Living Services Co., Ltd. (stock code: 3319), and general manager of the Nanjing branch of Shandong Mingde Property Management Co., Ltd.
Mr. Yin obtained his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Yangzhou University. He is also a researcher of the Industry Development Research Center of China Property Management Association (CPMA), deputy group leader of the Property Management Maintenance Fund Research Committee of the CPMA, and a committee member of Industry Development Research Committee of CPMA.
Ms. Lei is primarily responsible for overseeing repair and maintenance operations. Ms. Lei joined Landsea Green Life in 2010 and successively served as the general manager of the Suzhou region branch of Landsea Property Management and the deputy general manager of Landsea Property Management. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Lei was the section head of the personnel secretary division and the section head of management division at Suzhou City Liuyuan Property Development Co., Ltd., and manager and project manager at Jiangsu Sunan Vanke Property Management Co., Ltd.
Ms. Lei obtained a diploma in secretarial services from Suzhou Vocational University and graduated from the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China for professional studies in economic management. She has also been certified as an assistant economist by the Suzhou Personnel Bureau, a Project Manager Second-Level by the Suzhou Property Management Association, and a National Property Management Enterprise Manager by MOHURD's Department of Housing and Real Estate.
