Values-based hiring process: Competent candidates with high standards of integrity and conduct are usually preferred at Landsea Green Life. Applicants who have high moral standards but may be less competent will be more likely to be hired than those who are professionally qualified but fail to share our values, except for some positions that are demanding in technical skills. Candidates who are neither qualified nor share our values will not be considered.

Landsea Green Life has set up a training program called "Landsea Lecture" to offer customized training courses for different employees based on their posts and specialties. Through this program, employees will learn more about Landsea corporate culture, property management projects, sales techniques, and information technology. Follow-up training lessons are also available.
